Next take the tape roll with one end towards your thumb. Wrap it carefully around your wrist a couple of times. As you wrap, it should be tight but comfortable. You should be able to have some freedom of movement with your hand and not feel like there is any constraint. Continue to wrap the tape around your wrist until you have a few layers. After you finish use your finger to really push down at the end of the tape so it actually stay put and not come off randomly during a game.
