Crepe bandage

An ideal crepe comprises of a strong 100% cotton weft and an additional tensioned thread known as the warp to allow stretching, giving it elasticity. They are often used to wrap and stabilize areas such as ankles, wrists or even your elbow when you experience an injury. When you use a crepe bandage, the first thing that needs to be done is making sure that the skin of your affected area is clean and dry. Then, proceed to softly cover the area with bandage twice around making sure not too tight. While you are still wrapping, make a circular pattern and cut the tape on each one of circle so it gets layered. Make sure you do not wrap bandage too tight that could cut off blood supply.  Tape/clip the bandage at its free end.
